The meeting regarding the sponsorship for the upcoming Aarogyam-2024 conference was attended by Dr. Jyoti Batra, the Dean of Research and Conference Chair, Dr. Raj Narayan Gupta, Associate Professor- Department of Biochemistry, Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta, representing SNIBE Diagnostics, and Ms. Kirti Bharadwaj, Assistant Professor andmeeting coordinator.
Dr. Jyoti Batra initiated the conversation by providing an overview of Aarogyam-2024, a national conference focused on interdisciplinary research and innovations in healthcare. She highlighted the significance of this event in fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, knowledge sharing, and driving impactful research initiatives.
Following Dr. Batra's introduction, Dr. Raj Narayan Gupta, Organizing Secretary took the initiative to present a detailed proposal for potential sponsorship opportunities for SNIBE Diagnostics at Aarogyam-2024. He outlined various avenues for brand visibility, such as exhibition booths, product demonstrations, and targeted marketing campaigns, emphasizing the event's potential to reach a diverse audience of healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry stakeholders.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta from Snibe expressed keen interest in exploring the sponsorship proposal further. He requested that an official communication outlining the specific sponsorship packages and associated benefits be sent to SNIBE's marketing team for their consideration and internal review.
The meeting concluded with a formal invitation to Conference teamto the upcoming Snibe Symposium on Immunoassay AI on 15th June, 2024 at Crowne Plaza, New Delhi for an official meeting with theSNIBE's marketing team to discuss the potential partnership in greater details.
