During his journey Southward, Agasthiar encountered the disrespectful behavior of River Ponni, leading him to confine her within his kamandalam (water pot). In an unexpected turn, Mahaganpati, appearing as a crow, intervened to release the river from captivity. Unaware of Mahaganpati's role, Agasthiar pursued the crow, resulting in a revelation of Mahaganpati's true form.


Moral of the Story :

The tale imparts a profound lesson about life's blessings. It underscores the importance of appreciating the good things, whether they
align with our wishes or unfold unexpectedly. Moreover, the narrative subtly conveys that quality holds greater significance than
quantity in our experiences. Wisdom lies not just in recognizing the blessings that come our way but also in valuing their depth
and essence over mere abundance.
