To be an Academic leader in Orthopaedic clinical care, innovative education and training and musculoskeletal rsearch.

 

Mission : 

 

Strive to provide state of art comprehensive cost-effective care for all musculoskeletal disorder to the last man in the queue.

Provide quality UG and PG Orthopaedic education through a structured innovative teaching and evaluation method to produce competent, compassionate Orthopaedic clinicians.

To develop research temper among trainees to create evidence for clinical problems unique to India to be treated in available infrastructure.

Endeavour to make signification advances in musculoskeletal scientific knowledge through collaaborative basic sciiences, translational and clinical research.

Awards And Achievement:

  • Cadaveric workshop on Total knee arthroplasty (live demonstration).
  • Conducted Postgraduate instructional course at Santosh medical college in collaboration with IOACON(Indian Orthopaedic Association) 6th,7th December 2011.
  • Initiated a Ph.D. programme in occupational and physiotherapy courses.
  • Conducted a workshop in splintage and plaster application techniques in SEHPL (Santosh Educational & Health Care Pvt. Ltd.) 2016. Various publications contributed by the department in national and international journals.
