• To offer courses within the education program to enhance the intellectual foundation and preparation of students for life in a complex, dynamic technological world.
• Lay emphasis to prepare students for undergraduate & post graduate education and to reach for carriers in ENT and head and neck surgery.
• To always encourage students to participate in various Workshops/ Conferences/ Seminars/ CME to keep updated with the most recent advances.
• An all-round effort is made to provide novel diagnostic services for better patient care, upgraded training program for the students.

ACADEMICS:

• Department is having well-equipped library with more than 100 books and journals along with audio-visual aids.
• Department is also having a demo room with specimens, charts, and models which aids in understanding and enhancement the knowledge of otorhinolaryngology
• Registered doctoral students receive extensive training in research by well qualified and experienced faculty members.
• The department has undergraduate and postgraduate training programmes being carried out.
• Department conducts clinics of 3rd Prof M.B.B.S students in OPDs, wards and regular lectures as per MCI curriculum.
• It caters to 100 MBBS students and 2 MS and 2 DLO candidates every year.
• The ongoing training program includes daily academic activities, bedside clinics, seminars, journal clubs, etc.
• The department has monthly radiology clinic and tumor board discussions enhancing the clinic-pathological and clinical-radiological co-relation.
• Training for participation in various quiz competitions is given ensuring active participation at State and National level.
• The postgraduates are encouraged and trained in making presentations at CMEs and conferences at the National and International levels.
• Temporal bone lab for beginners to learn the fineness of otology and to enhance their knowledge by cadaveric bone dissections
• Over and above these classes are also held for BSc nursing students of Santosh nursing college

Laryngology – Micro-laryngoscopy and phono-surgery.
Speech Therapy for speech language pathologies.
Special Clinics : Vertigo,  Allergy, Cancer, Headache

Department of ENT and head and neck surgery, Santosh hospital, in association with ENT doctors club Ghaziabad is organizing a workshop on Head and Neck-cancer screening in February 2020.

Workshop On Sialendoscopy:

The department of ENT Head and neck surgery, Santosh medical college, Ghaziabad is organizing a CME workshop on Sialendoscopy. It will be an excellent programme of lectures with hands-on practical. Eminent faculties from Gangaram Hospital, Delhi will be conducting lectures along with the faculties at Santosh hospital. The aim is to understand the role of endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of salivary gland disease and update our knowledge in keeping with current trends. We welcome you to be a part of this program.
