Overview

The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program at Santosh Dental College is carefully crafted to provide students with a strong foundation in both dental theory and practical skills. During their training, students develop a deep understanding of the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various oral health issues, including diseases affecting the teeth, mouth, jaw, and related tissues.

The program not only focuses on clinical proficiency but also emphasizes the importance of community oral health education. Graduates are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to oral health initiatives, particularly in rural areas, helping to improve access to dental care and promoting better oral hygiene across the country. By the end of their studies, BDS graduates from Santosh Dental College are equipped to make a significant impact in both the clinical and community healthcare settings.
