There will be Three rounds in the Online counsellingROUND -1

Any student who wants to participate in the deemed uniersity counselling should first register themselves at www.mcc.nic.in I the PG Counselling section by paying a Non-Refundabe Registration fee and Refundable Tuition fee.
Stundent should select their Choice of College and they should Lock their choices,if the system does not accept the locking choices don’t panic it will get locked automatically.
Process of Seat Allotment for Round -1 will take place

If you are selected for our university then you should first download your allotment letter from the mcc webiste then report to our college wilth all original documents.

ROUND-2

Students who registered for Round-1 and did not get any set allotted in any college need not register again.
Fresh New Registration for Round-2 is available
Fresh Choice filling can be done in Round-2
Publication of result of Roun -2 will take place
If you are selected in round-2 then you should first download your allotment letter from the mcc website then report to our college with all original documents.

ROUND – 3 (MOP – UP ROUND )MOP UP ROUND ( Only for Deemed to be University)

Fresh Registration for Mop Up Round for candidated including those who registered in Round-1 & exited / who registered in Round-2 & exited with Forfeiture of fees.
Stundent should select their Choice of College and they should Lock their choices,if the system does not accept the locking choices don’t panic it will get locked automatically.
Publication of result of Mop Up Round
If your are selected then you should report to the selected colleges with your downloaded allotment letter.

What documents are required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College?

Original documents required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below:

Admit Card issued by NBE
Result / Rank Letter issued by NBE
Mark Sheets of MBBS / BDS 1st,2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations
MBBS/B DS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st March ,of the year of admission.
Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI /State Medical or Dental Counsel Provision Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where candidate is undergoing internship and likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of year of admission.
High School / Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Cetificate as proof of date of birth.
Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations for AIPGMEE i.e.PAN Card,Driving License,Voter ID,Passport or Aadhar Card).

What is stray vacancy round?

Final Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the concerned deemed to be University. (There will be no Fresh Registration of Candidated in Final Stray vacancy Round)

At the time of admission will my original certificates be retained by the allotted college /institution?

YES, all the participating colleges/institutions have been instructed to retain original certificates of admitted students and release them only on up-gradation of the seat or resignation by the candidate.

When will Online allotment process for this year start?

The Online Counselling allotment process will start as pe counselling Schedule for PG online Counselling for this year, keep visiting mcc.nic.in

What are the various fees to be paid at the time of registration?

At the time of registration students must pay two kinds of fee Non-Refundable Registration fee: Rs.5000/- For Deemed University candidates Refundable Tuition Fee: Rs.2,00,000/- for Deemed University

Where can we get the date schedule for the Online Counselling?

The Date Schedule for Online Counselling would be made availabe for you on www.mcc.nic in website.

In which way the payment is to be made for registration?

For any candidate the payment for registration can be initiated by way of online payments through Debit Card,Credit Card,Net Banking,please note transaction limit should be more than Rs.2,05,000/- kindly check with your banker.

Do I have to report to any counseling center for registration or choice filling?

No. Online registration and choice filling can be done from any convenient place like Home,cyber café by using internet. Uninterrupted facility should be ensured.

Where and when this fee will be refunded?

This fee will be refunded to the same account from which payment had been made.No requests for the change of Account shall be entertained afterwards.Candidates are also advised not to get their account closed till the time Refund has been made into the account from which payment was made.This fee will be refunded only after all the rounds of counseling are completed.
