• Worked as a Senior Research Officer (Psychiatrist) in Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Delhi, from 18/7/90 to 13/11/92 in a research project entitled "Quality of Work Environment & Its Impact on Health and Behavior of Agricultural Scientists".

• Worked as a Senior Research Officer (Psychiatrist) in the Drug Trial of Haloperidol Decanoate form 1/9/93 to 5/6/94.

• Worked as a Senior Research Officer (Psychiatrist) in Drug Trial of Tianeptine from 6/7/94 to 7/2/95.

• Worked as a Senior Research Officer (Psychiatrist) in drug trial of Sertraline from7/4/95 to 7/10/96.

• Successfully completed the Theory and Practice of Community-based Drug Demand Reduction Training Workshop sponsored by the United States Information Service and Bureau of Narcotic Matters, U.S. Department of State held from December 6 to 9, 1994.
